Greeting your new Personally Referred Affiliates (PRAs) a with a special message from you, their SFI Advisor, is an important part of welcoming a team member on board. Although the SFI system puts in place a default welcome message from you for your PRAs, a customized welcome message from YOU lets your referred affiliate know that you're here for them and gives you an opportunity to offer a gift, provide contact information, and more. Once your PRA logs into the SFI Affiliate Center for the first time, they will see an alert letting them know a message from you awaits them.

To create a customized new PRA greeting:

1. Go to your PRA Greeting page. 

2. Create a new message to welcome any new PRA logging into the Affiliate Center for the first time. You can also edit the SFI default message to suit your needs. IMPORTANT! To avoid losing a lengthy message that you're creating, compose/edit your letter in a word processing program, then copy and paste the completed text into the message field.

Tips for message content: Try to create a special and memorable welcome message that induces action. Some guidelines include adding:

A. A warm welcome.

B. The offer of an SFI Gift (e.g., Gift Certificate, etc.) Learn more about offering gifts to your PRAs at this support article.

D. An expression of your assistance and support.

E. Contact information (including Skype, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

3. Check how your message will appear by clicking the "View your welcome letter as your PSAs will see it" link.

4. Click the green SAVE button when you're done.

5. But you may not be done yet! If you haven't already done so, you should add a photo of yourself to accompany your greeting so your PRSAs know their SFI Advisor is a real person.
