E-Cards with a personal note from you, an SFI Advisor, can have HUGE benefits for your team—boosting morale, promoting enthusiasm, and increasing motivation for your PRAs. A special birthday wish or SFI anniversary congratulations from you will show your affiliates that you care, that you're paying attention to them and are actively involved in your team.

What's more, your SFI Referrals Report makes it super easy:

1. On your Referrals Report and select the Birthday or Anniversary of SFI Signup filter and click the green Filter button. (You can also just select Today's Birthday filter on the dropdown QuickFilter menu on your Genealogy report and click the Load my QuickFilter button.) A list of affiliates celebrating birthdays will appear with little blue gift icons next to their names or a green leaf icon for those who signed up with SFI on this date one or more years ago.

2. Click the name of the Affiliate in your report results to bring up his/her Affiliate Snapshot.

3. You'll see an option to Send an E-Card. Select the birthday or anniversary e-card from the dropdown menu and click Go. (Note:  You'll also see other E-Card categories for Holidays, Congrats, Thank You, and Great Job. Be sure to use these E-Cards as well when appropriate for occasional personal messages to your Affiliates!)

4. Click the E-Card you want to preview the card. Follow the directions to enter a brief personal message and send the e-card.
