Your account balance will show $0 if you have chosen to have your commissions paid out each month. You can confirm your earned commissions for the previous month in your Commissions Report, which will post once commissions are run on or about the 5th of each month and actual payments of your commissions are on the way (you should receive payment between the 15th and 20th of the month). The exception to this is if you haven't earned any commissions, your commissions earned are less than $15, or when you have your commissions set to accumulate instead of being paid out each month.
