"LEGACY SHARES" (LAPS) are "grandfathered" AP shares for qualifying affiliates who were registered with SFI on or before May 31, 2024. Initial values of Legacy Shares are based on a snapshot of each eligible person's "group" at the end of June 2024. For each subsequent month, a new snapshot is taken at the end of the month. The number of shares eligible for are then automatically adjusted up or down depending on each person’s affiliate status (bronze, silver, gold, or platinum). NOTE: Eligible NSAs or CSAs dropping below affiliate status are permanently removed from the Legacy Shares Snapshot.

Payment for Legacy Shares will commence on commissions day August 2024 (on or about August 5 for July sales) and be included in each month’s commissions thereafter. To view the number of Legacy Shares you're eligible to be paid on, refer to the My Earnings section located on your SFI Affiliate Center homepage sidebar. TIP: Click on your account photo in the top, right corner of the homepage to open the sidebar.

FORFEITURES: If you are receiving Legacy Shares and give up your affiliate status (drop below Bronze), all Legacy Shares are PERMANENTLY forfeited. Legacy Shares will also be forfeited if you fail to log in at least once very 45 days.

Legacy Shares Distribution Share Amounts:

If you are a BRONZE Affiliate at end of June, you will receive:

• 2 shares for each Bronze NSA on generations 1-5

• 6 shares for each Silver NSA on generations 1-5

• 14 shares for each Gold NSA on generations 1-5

• 30 shares for each Platinum NSA on generations 1-5

• 0.5 shares for each Bronze CSA

• 1.5 shares for each Silver CSA

• 3.5 shares for each Gold CSA

• 7.5 shares for each Platinum CSA

If you are a SILVER Affiliate at end of June, you will receive:

• 4 shares for each Bronze NSA on generations 1-5

• 12 shares for each Silver NSA on generations 1-5

• 28 shares for each Gold NSA on generations 1-5

• 60 shares for each Platinum NSA on generations 1-5

• 1 shares for each Bronze CSA

• 3 shares for each Silver CSA

• 7 shares for each Gold CSA

• 15 shares for each Platinum CSA

If you are a GOLD Affiliate at end of June, you will receive:

• 8 shares for each Bronze NSA on generations 1-5

• 24 shares for each Silver NSA on generations 1-5

• 56 shares for each Gold NSA on generations 1-5

• 120 shares for each Platinum NSA on generations 1-5

• 2 shares for each Bronze CSA

• 6 shares for each Silver CSA

• 14 shares for each Gold CSA

• 30 shares for each Platinum CSA

If you are a PLATINUM Affiliate at end of June, you will receive:

• 16 shares for each Bronze NSA on generations 1-5

• 48 shares for each Silver NSA on generations 1-5

• 112 shares for each Gold NSA on generations 1-5

• 240 shares for each Platinum NSA on generations 1-5

• 32 shares for each Bronze NSA on generation 6

• 96 shares for each Silver NSA on generation 6

• 224 shares for each Gold NSA on generation 6

• 480 shares for each Platinum NSA on generation 6

• 4 shares for each Bronze CSA

• 12 shares for each Silver CSA

• 28 shares for each Gold CSA

• 60 shares for each Platinum CSA

NOTE: "Generations" refers to the position your NSAs (Non-Personally-Sponsored Affiliates) resided in the Share-Tech™ matrix "grid." CSAs refer to Co-Sponsored Affiliates. Share-Tech™ and the CSA program were discontinued on May 31, 2024.
